地址位置不錯，出門就是河岸，而且周圍咖啡店不少，但走路就可以看貓貓，不過Grab路程較容易堵車。清潔程度ok，不過建議自帶備品。

Two things that could’ve been better: 1. Parking I get that parking is limited since the hotel’s right in the middle of a busy road with other hotels and shop lots around. Still, it would’ve been nice to have more parking spots at the hotel itself so I could see my car and feel a bit more at ease about its safety. 2. Breakfast I get that there are plenty of breakfast places nearby, but I myself is a fan of hotel breakfast when staying at a hotel. During my 2-night stay, the menu stayed pretty much the same except for the main dish. I understand not many guests may choose to eat breakfast at hotel like me, but I wish still there was a bit more variety.

I stayed at the Imperial Riverbank Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room is average-sized but very comfortable, with a good bed that made for a restful sleep. I really liked that the desk is long and spacious enough to spread out my things, there are convenient sockets just beside the bed, making it easy to charge my phone and other devices. The air conditioning works very well and kept the room nice and cool throughout my stay. The bathroom is quite small and could use a few more amenities, but it was clean and functional. One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent location. It’s right by the riverside, close to the old streets, and within walking distance. The Darul Hana Bridge is just a 10–15 minute walk away, and the famous Cat Statue is about five minutes on foot. There’s even a 7-Eleven next door. Overall, Imperial Riverbank Hotel is a convenient and comfortable place to stay, especially if you want to explore the city on foot and have easy access to nearby shops and eateries.

We wanted an extra bottle of water but was told have to pay Rm4 for it. Was not offered a choice to opt for waterfront view instead of city view when checking in.

The room is spacious and the desk is long so that I can put my stuff on it which is very good. I also like there are three sockets just above the desk. It’s very easy to recharge my phone. The location is good and it is on the river side. You can jog along the river if you like. James Brooke Bistro and Cafe is just a few minutes by walking from the hotel on the river side. It’s close to Carpenter Street. It’s very convenient. The window is narrow because the room I stayed is a corner room. The desk and the chair is very close. When you sit on the chair, you can’t put your legs under the desk, because there isn’t any space between the desk and the chair. The carpet is dirty. It needs a major wash. The wall paper is tore above the desk. The staff are friendly but I hope they have more smiles.

Theres mold on the aircond vent. Even the wall. They are not maintaining it well. I was affected by the mold as the ac spread the spores in the room. I felt so unwell when i was in the room, it triggers my allergies the whole night. Couldn’t sleep well as there’s noise pollution like the motorbikes.

The room is average sized and very comfortable. The bed is good. The bathroom room is quite small and doesn’t have all the amenities needed. You have to ask and they will deliver it to you immediately. The TV in the room is not user friendly. Turning it on is quite a challenge.

Review : Imperial Hotel Riverbank We booked 5 rooms and were pleasantly surprised by the comfort — definitely worth the price. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, and the staff were kind and friendly. However, the computer provided for guest use (e.g. flight check-in) was outdated and could be improved for convenience. Overall, a comfortable and budget-friendly stay with helpful service.
